Project Manager

Lead integrated CCTV, access control, networking, Wi-Fi and ELV projects across Delhi NCR with clear ownership from survey through signed handover.

FULL PROJECT LIFECYCLECLIENT-FACING DELIVERYINTEGRATED SYSTEMS

Own schedules, resource plans, site readiness, client coordination and handover milestones.
Manage BOQs, change control, material and margin review, quality, snag closure and collections support.
Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers and AVP site teams around a practical delivery plan.
Keep safety, test evidence and close-out documentation complete and ready for client sign-off.

5–8 years of relevant project-delivery experience; a diploma or degree is preferred.
Working knowledge of IP CCTV, PoE, structured cabling, fiber and access-control architecture.
Confident leading client conversations, resolving dependencies and maintaining disciplined project records.
