What you will own
- Support cable pulling, conduit, drilling preparation, mounting assistance, labelling and cleanup.
- Move and protect tools and materials, keeping work areas organised and safe.
- Learn cable handling, CAT6 termination and simple testing under supervision.
- Follow site access, safety and housekeeping rules every day.
What will help you succeed
- 0–1 year of experience; ITI, polytechnic background or a trainable school leaver is welcome.
- Dependable, respectful of client premises and ready for site-based work.
- Willing to learn safely from experienced engineers and communicate clearly with the team.
What good looks like
A well-prepared, safe site team and measurable progress toward installation-engineering skills. Live electrical or elevated work is performed only with training and authorisation.
